Mary is the owner and founder of Mind Play, LLC. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, severe mental illness diagnoses, personality disorders, play therapy, child and adolescent trauma recovery. Mary is also a certified EMDR Therapist, certified by EMDRIA.

A message from Sunny…
My name is Sunny Park, and I’m seeking my LPC licensure. What has led me to counseling was the vast number of problems friends and family around me were facing. It took more than general advice, but a well trained professional to help. Counseling is designed to unload and unpack some of the loads we’ve been carrying around. In counseling, we help you to work through your struggles with different techniques and processes. Having a healthcare background, along with my own life experiences, I hope that I can assist in alleviating your conflicts and strife one session at a time.
